Kathleen
Wayson
Kathleen is also a life-long Northern Virginia resident.
After growing up in Vienna, she moved to the Sterling/Potomac
Falls area in 1991 and has owned several homes in the
community. She and her husband, Chris have just completed
building "from scratch" their new home in the
Broad Run Farms neighborhood.
Kathleen
has three children. Melanie, at Potomac Falls High School,
Jake, at River Bend Middle School, and Sam who is currently
enrolled at Countryside Elementary.
Prior
to become a full time real estate professional, a graduate
of the Culinary Institute of America, Kathleen worked in
positions in the front and back of the house at several
Northern Virginia restaurants and hotels. She has also owned
and operated her own small catering business, and supervised
a child care facility at a local gym.
With
her youngest child entering preschool years, a career change
was in order, and in May of 2003 joined Remax Premier. Since
that time she has personally guided many first time buyers,
"stepping-up" families, and "empty-nesters"
with the stressful and sometimes complicated process of
buying and/or selling their homes. Not just a salesperson,
she considers herself rather an advocate of each and every
one of her valued clients.
In
addition to loving her work, Kathleen also enjoys working-out,
cooking, movies, and participating in her children’s
many school and sports activities. |
